My due date is November 25th, and we are really excited! At first, when you would ask Mason if he was going to be a big brother he would say, "I think not." Now, though, he seems to be pretty excited. He talks to the baby, kisses my stomach, and has even named him/her "Max." He's pretty determined that it is a boy. It is really sweet. I know his emotions will vary once the baby is born, but I'm sure he will be a big help!

Good Deed Turned Bad
I was trying to be a good wife and have an ice cold Coke ready for Jonathan when he got home from work. Unfortunately I forgot about it, and by the time he found it it was a little too late. My sweet sister was at my house, and she helped me clean it up. Thanks, Julie :) Let's just say my freezer is extra clean now.

Lights out....or not.
After we tuck Mason in each night, we sometimes here his little feet pounding on the floor. It always makes me laugh as I wonder what he is up to. Usually it is stockpiling his stuffed animals in his bed.
When I left his room last night the lights were out, and he had one stuffed animal in his bed. When I went in to check on him before I went to sleep, I found his lamp on and multiple animals in his bed. I couldn't help but smile. He has been slightly compulsive about turning his lamp on lately and wanting to leave it on during the day. I guess he thought he needed a little light last night too.

Weekend In Oklahoma
Jonathan had some things going on last weekend so Mason and I headed to Oklahoma for a few days. I always hate going without him, but he is always really sweet to let me go. I think he kind of likes the time to himself to play guitar and do whatever he wants :). It also worked out because we both got to be with our wonderful moms on Mother's Day. Mason and I had a really good time. Julie, Gabe, and Josh were there, and we even had a surprise birthday dinner for Josh.

A Few New Favorites
Mason got a new book called Froggy's Sleepover. After reading it he was set on getting a sleeping bag and having a sleepover. Thanks, Mimi for facilitating the sleepover!
